Return Conditions
Due to being a small business, we cannot accept returns if you chose the wrong size. All measurements are listed in the item description. If you have any questions considering the sizes, you are welcome to contact us through e-mail or Instagram. However, if an item is lost, arrived damaged or in the wrong size/color, than the one listed in your order, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. You can contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us via e-mail if you have any problems with your order. We’re not responsible for any damage that appears after using our products.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Pre-orders, custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

In purchasing from KANEKO, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours, texture and other material attributes often vary between manufacturers; for example slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of shininess, and different looks and feel for materials.
