RETURNS

Due to being a small business, we cannot accept returns if the wrong size is chosen. All measurements are listed in the item description. If you have any questions considering the sizes, you are welcome to contact us through e-mail or Instagram. However, if an item is lost, arrives damaged, or is the wrong size or color compared to your order, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 21 days of delivery.

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, but please reach out to us via e-mail if you have any problems with your order. We’re not responsible for any damage that appears after using our products.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

• Pre-orders, custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale
