If you are returning any of our items, you should apply to PayPal for a free shipping refund. Otherwise the customer is in charge of the shipping of the item.
We do not accept returns, if you bought the item of the wrong size because of your carelessness. All measurements are listed in the item description. If you have any questions considering the sizes, you are welcomed to contact us through e-mail or Instagram. However if an item arrived damaged or in the wrong size than the one listed in the description, we will gladly accept returns. 
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.

We don't accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale


We are accepting payment plans on specific items in our shop. The payment is divided into two equal amounts. We put listing with the first payment on our website during the preorder period. The second payment will be available on the website after the end of the release. Usually the limit within which you have to complete the second payment is two months after the end of preorder. As we are working with sewing manufactures to make your item, we start the making process before you complete the second payment. So if you are unable to fully complete the payment within the limit of time listed in the plan, we are unable to refund you your payment, because we already spent the resources onto the making of the item.
